jonclaude.net is operated by Jon Claude Haines. These terms cover the public website, professional services arranged through it, and permissioned tools such as NOPEY Studio.
Professional services
A website visit or initial conversation does not create a client relationship. Paid work begins under a separate agreed scope that identifies the work, decision rights, fees, and any important limits.
Accounts and permission
Only connect an account you own or are authorized to manage. Each TikTok account must grant its own permission. You can revoke that permission through TikTok or by contacting me.
What the service does
NOPEY Studio can organize, caption, review, analyze, and prepare vertical videos. It may upload a video as a draft or publish it only when the authorized account owner explicitly requests that action.
Your content
You keep ownership of your content. You are responsible for having the rights to use it and for following TikTok's rules and applicable law. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized material.
Review before publishing
The workflow is approval-gated. Automated captions and edits can be wrong, so review them before approving publication. I may refuse or stop processing content that creates a legal, safety, or platform-compliance problem.
No promise of reach
I cannot promise views, followers, gifts, revenue, or continued access to any platform feature. TikTok and other providers can change or discontinue their APIs and services.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for indirect losses, lost reach, lost revenue, or platform actions arising from use of the service.
Changes and termination
You can stop using the service at any time. I may update these terms or discontinue a feature; the current version will remain posted here.
