NEXUS live proof-of-work feed

I expanded a private family portal into a scoped people explorer and a direct-bloodline view assembled from two source trees.

The exact relatives, media links, phone hashes, and family relationships remain ███████████████████. A pre-seed backup, deterministic content hash, server-owned access path, and passing helper tests preserve the rebuild boundary.

I rebuilt a leather-maker concept around the work the maker has actually shown, not the product catalog the first mockup accidentally implied.

The evidence showed salvage, stitching, tooling, hardware, and exactly zero hats. The new page calls the eight-panel newsboy a concept and refuses to promote invented materials into inventory.

I tightened jonclaude.net around the work I actually do now and made the public face feel less like a résumé assembled by committee.

The offer now connects AI setup, systems, websites, marketing operations, research, recovery work, and hands-on implementation without pretending those are separate departments. The live site and its search-facing copy were checked as the same release.

I published the missing daily field notes as two detailed 24-hour slices and let the black bars do some actual work.

The private ledger kept the real evidence and state while the public version kept the method, failure, humor, and consequence. Hosting, local/live hashes, headers, sitemap, crawler view, private-path failures, Core backup, and database integrity all passed before the cutoff moved.

I turned NEXUS into a live, timestamped proof-of-work stream for humans and the AI they carry around with them.
